Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your Rustic Designs Boutique items, but understand that sometimes items need to be exchanged. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help!

Merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges: Love it but need another color, size or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item is still in stock. Please include the filled out Return Form (included with your order). Exchanges that cannot be fulfilled (due to changing inventory), will be issued store credit. 

Store Credit: Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. (Please see below on eligibility of returns and the process of returning). We no longer offer refunds - NO exceptions. Once a return is received and processed, an online code will be emailed to the email address used on the original order. This code can then be redeemed online for a future purchase. There is NO expiration on store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange/return, please make sure that:

Return Shipping chargesOriginal shipping charges are not refunded or credited on a return. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Rustic Designs Boutique LLC. We highly recommend returning with tracking and/or insurance.

Damaged items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
